FOOTPRINT+ is the new annual 3-day event where every sector of the UK property industry will unite to discuss the state of the art methods to reduce carbon emissions and build the relationships necessary to help put them into practice.

¿Qué es HUELLA+?
FOOTPRINT+ will gather representatives from every sector of the UK construction and property market to discuss and discover how to action state of the art methods to achieve Net Zero in construction and real estate.
The exhibition space enables stakeholders and experts to meet face-to-face, learn from each other and build the relationships required for putting sustainable solutions into practice.

“Footprint Plus is a place where everybody from the whole broad spectrum of different disciplines within construction, architecture, property, and engineering can get together and learn from one another about all of the different initiatives that we’re all introducing.

Emily Day is a chartered architect with over 20 years of experience working on large-scale projects. Emily has worked with many key players within the industry; local authorities, developers, and financial institutions which have given her a unique insight into the needs of the different parties

Dr. Joe Jack Williams is an associate researcher and Passive House consultant at British architectural design firm FCPS, established in 1978, and known for its pioneering work in diseño sostenible y la agenda del diseño social.
